• Access to Merri 3D visualization renderings of The Bannan House Farm venue to plan the layout of your event. 

• Rental Hours Include Table/Chair/Bench Setup and Takedown. 
• Open Catering Policy. Use our Preferred Vendors or an Outside Catering Company.   
• Alcohol is allowed. All events serving alcohol are required to obtain a banquet permit from the WA State Liquor and Cannabis Board. You are also required to hire a licensed and insured bartender for bartending services at your event. 
• Wedding/Event Insurance Coverage is required in the amount of $1,000,000 and must be provided 30 days before your event. This can be purchased online from WedSafe or other reputable insurance providers.  
• A Pet is allowed upon approval from The Bannan House Farm for the ceremony only-provided all pet droppings and the safety of guests is accounted for. 

*  A Signed Rental Agreement and 25% Non-Refundable Deposit is required to your reserve your date at time of booking, with total balance due 30 days prior to event. A separate refundable $500 damage deposit is required 90 days prior to event.
