Choose your wedding date and share your details, including full names, email addresses, phone numbers, and one mailing address. We’ll then prepare your customized venue rental proposal for online review, and your date is officially reserved once the agreement is signed and the non-refundable deposit is submitted.

After your initial deposit, the remaining balance is divided into three subsequent payments, evenly spaced with the final payment due approximately one month prior to your wedding.

Prior to your wedding day, you’ll need to obtain event insurance, secure a banquet permit if alcohol will be served, and submit a $500 refundable damage deposit.

We’ll meet for a one-hour final walk-through to review logistics, layout and overall venue flow. If desired, a complimentary one-hour onsite ceremony rehearsal is available, typically scheduled for the Thursday before your wedding at 4:00 PM.

The Garden House ready room is a light-filled retreat designed for a calm, unhurried start to the day. With air conditioning, comfortable seating, and space to gather your closest people, it offers a private setting to prepare, settle in, and enjoy the moments leading up to your ceremony. Thoughtfully placed within the property, The Garden House allows the day to unfold naturally, setting a relaxed and confident tone before you step out onto the grounds.

A first look creates space for a quiet moment together before the day unfolds. Whether it takes place on the Ceremony Lawn beneath the maple tree, at the River Beach, surrounded by wildflowers in our Wildflower Meadow, or on the Garden House porch swing, these unhurried moments set a relaxed tone for the celebration ahead and allow you to spend more of the day fully present with the people you love. More time together, more time to celebrate.
