Booking
- Advance booking required
- Payment due prior to the session
- Photographers are responsible for ensuring all clients and guests follow venue guidelines while on the property
- Access to the property is granted only after booking confirmation and completion of required paperwork
Weather Policy
Outdoor sessions may reschedule once due to weather with advance notice. Covered and indoor sessions are non-refundable unless access is unsafe.
Pets
Leashed pets are welcome outdoors and on the Garden House porch. Pets are not permitted inside the Garden House.

Can I book multiple sessions in a day?
Yes. Photographers are welcome to book consecutive hourly blocks for multiple clients.
Is the fire pit available for photos?
The fire pit area is included with outdoor bookings. Fire use is available by request for an additional fee.
What happens if we run over time?
Sessions must end at the scheduled time. Additional time must be booked in advance and is subject to availability.
Is restroom access included?
Restroom access is included with Garden House bookings. Other locations do not include restrooms unless arranged in advance.
